One of the first things you learn as a new parent is how much effort it takes just to leave the house. Diapers, burp cloths, wipes, an extra outfit, bottles...the list goes on and on. Just as we finally had it all down last year we went on vacation. Talk about overwhelming.
Luckily someone has already paved this path for us and there are multiple baby gear rental companies all over the world. Last year I had a 4 month old so we rented a bathtub, exersaucer, crib, bouncy seat and beach tent. (Did we need ALL of those? Of course not. But did we think we did at the time? Sure!) The prices really weren't that bad and it's a convenience I'm happy to pay for. I'm currently looking into making our rental reservation again this year. We'll be using Beach and Baby in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, Alabama.
